比去年的主题“新时代：数字中国与未来世界”更进一步，2019中国（深圳）IT领袖峰会将话题聚焦于“IT新未来：5G与人工智能”上。
More than last year’s theme “New Era: Digital China and the Future World”, the 2019 China (Shenzhen) IT Leaders Summit will focus on “New Future for IT: 5G and Artificial Intelligence.”

If you haven’t heard, the Belt & Road Initiative is a cooperative initiative raised by China President Xi Jinping in 2013. Its purpose is to promote mutual development and forging economic bonds in various ways such as investment, import, and export between countries in Asia, Europe, and even the whole world.

自从在去年12月的G20峰会上协议暂时停战（zànshí tíngzhàn – n. temporary trace）后，中美贸易战一直没有正面的进展（jìnzhǎn – n. progress）。

Since a truce at the G20 summit last December, the US-China Trade War has not made positive progress.

虽然双方在今年2月15日也进行过谈判（tánpàn – n. negotiation / v. negotiate），但是双方并没有达成共识（dáchéng gòngshí – v. reach a common understanding）。原定的暂时停战日期，3月1日，也被推迟（tuīchí – v. postpone, delay）了。

Although a prior round of negotiations was done around 15th Feb, both parties broke up without a deal. The original truce end date has also been postponed from 1st Mar.
