自从上次更新，美墨边境墙的建设有了很多的进展。

When the US enters into a state of national emergency, the funding required for the Border Wall no longer need to be permitted by Congress! The president can directly use military funding to build the border wall.

Majority wins. So many people voted yes, so the resolution to overturn the National Emergency State passed without any doubt.

Then earlier this Month, Mr. Trump used his ‘veto’ for the first time and vetoed the resolution.
