这两天，国内各大网站都被两只萌物刷屏了：

These two days, the internet in China has been flooded with news about two cuties.

成都大熊猫繁育研究基地的两只大熊猫：“星二”和“毛笋”，已于4月4日启程前往丹麦，入住丹麦哥本哈根动物园，开始了15年“伟大而光荣”地“为国卖萌”之路。

‘Xing Er’ and ‘Mao Sun’, two giant pandas from the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, has left for the Copenhagen in Denmark on 4th Apr, starting their 15-year journey to be cute for their country.

The Tomb-sweeping Festival (Qing Ming Festival) is one of the four most significant traditional festivals in China. It is around 5th Apr every year, the 15th day after the Spring Equinox.

清明节主要的习俗是扫墓祭祖和踏青郊游。扫墓祭祖是为了慎终追远，踏青郊游是为了享受春天的乐趣。
The most important custom is tomb sweeping and going for an outing in nature. Tomb sweeping is for remembering the ancestors, going for an outing is to enjoy Spring.

第二届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛不日（búrì. Adj. soon, in short time）将在北京举行。论坛时间尚未敲定，不过预计会是在四月下旬。论坛主要包括开幕式、圆桌峰会和高级别会议三个部分。
The second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) is about to happen in Beijing. The exact date is not confirmed yet, it will be around the end of April. The Forum mainly consists of the opening ceremony, Roundtable, and High-level meetings.

2019年的“中新旅游年”是2017年3月中国总理李李克强正式访问新西兰的时候，两国政府确定下来的。
The 2019 China-New Zealand Year of Tourism was agreed in March 2017 during China’s Prime Minister Li Keqiang’s official visit to New Zealand.

虽然它原定在2月20日开幕，但是中方突然改变了行程，提议延期。是对华为入驻新西兰市场受阻的“反攻”吗？吃瓜群众看破不说破。
Although scheduled to open on 20th Feb, China had a change of plan and requested a postpone. (A comeback to Huawei Ban? Maybe)

3. 华为在新西兰“被拒”对两国关系的影响 the ‘Ban’ of Huawei and its influence on the two countries

在2018年11月27日，新西兰政府通信安全局以“国家安全风险”为由，阻止了新西兰最大的电信公司之一，斯帕克，使用华为的5G设备。
27th Nov 2018, New Zealand’s Government Communications Security Bureau prevented one of the country’s largest telecommunication companies Spark, from using equipment of Chinese technology company Huawei, on the grounds of ‘national security risk’.

外界对这些“禁令”一直众说纷纭。

2. 这次访问有什么特点呢？ What is special about this foreign visit?

这一次自阿德恩在2017年担任新西兰总理后的首次访华。对于“第一个”与中国达成自由贸易的国家来说，这是很长的一段时间——阿德恩就职后的第18个月后。
This visit is the first for Ms Ardern after being elected as Prime Minister of New Zealand in 2017. As the leader of a nation which signed a pioneer free-trade agreement with China, the visit is long overdue.

新西兰现任总理，阿德恩于3月31日抵达北京，开始了她就职后的首次来华访问。中国国家主席习近平和总理李克强分别在人民大会堂会见了阿德恩。这次访问有重大意义，并且取得了积极的进展。

The Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern arrived at Beijing at 31st Mar and began her first visit to China since she took the office. Chinese President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Li Keqiang met with Ms Ardern respectively at the Great Hall of the People. This visit has significant meanings and positive progress was made.
