第二届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛不日（búrì. Adj. soon, in short time）将在北京举行。论坛时间尚未敲定，不过预计会是在四月下旬。论坛主要包括开幕式、圆桌峰会和高级别会议三个部分。
The second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) is about to happen in Beijing. The exact date is not confirmed yet, it will be around the end of April. The Forum mainly consists of the opening ceremony, Roundtable, and High-level meetings.
据中国外交部发言人耿爽表示，到目前为止，已经有近40位外国领导人确认与会（quèrèn yǔhuì. v. confirm attendance）。
According to the spokesperson, Geng Shuang, from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, up until now, almost 50 world leaders have confirmed their attendance in the meeting.
美国国务院发言人表示，美国将不会派出高级别官员参加论坛。
A spokesperson from the U.S. Department of state said that the US will not send high-level officials to attend the forum.
首届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛举办于2017年5月。自那时起，中国在“一带一路”上已经取得了可喜的（kěxǐde. Adj. describe things for which we can be happy for）成果（chéngguǒ. n. result, achievement）。目前已经有124个国家和29个国际组织同中方签署了“一带一路”合作文件（hézuò wénjiàn. n. cooperative paper, deal, contract）。
The first BRF was held in May 2017. Since then, China has made positive progress on the Belt & Road Initiative. There have been 124 countries and 29 internet organisations which signed deals with China on this initiative.
希望更多的国家可以参与到这次论坛中，让“一带一路”取得高质量的重大进展。
