中国国家电影局今天（8月6日）发布消息，暂停大陆影片和人员参加2019年第56届台北金马影展。
The China Film Administration released a statement today (6th Aug), temporarily banned mainland Chinese movies and stars from participating the 56th Golden Horse Awards this year, taking place in Taipei.

作为华语电影三大奖项之一，金马对华语电影界做出不可小觑的贡献。
As one of the three major awards in the Chinese movie scene, the Golden Horse Awards has contributed greatly to the development of Chinese movies.

Today (31st Jul), the Culture and Tourism Ministry of China issued a statement, saying that considering the state of the relationship between Mainland China and Taiwan, China decides to temporarily forbid citizens from 47 cities to travel to Taiwan independently from 1st Aug 2019.
