Although both China and the US describe the 2-day negotiation which just ended as productive, just now, US President announced that the US will impose another 10% of tariffs on $300bn of Chinese commodities.

这项变动将会在9月1日生效。

- 与欧盟交涉，直指现有草案“无法接受”并要求撤除爱尔兰的“备份安排”
