A 25-year-old man set fire on a Singapore flag hanging at HDB Block 774 at Woodland Crescent, which leads to 7 other flags being damaged, too.
这起事件发生在8月7号早6时左右。警方随后以恶作剧纵火罪将嫌犯逮捕并在8月8号提出指控。他无法提供保释金，因此被扣押在兀兰警察局，并会在8月15号再次上庭。
This incident happened around 6 am on 7th Aug. The suspect was arrested and charged on 8th Aug with one count of mischief. He could not provide bail in court, hence is not being compounded at Woodland Police Station and will go to court again on 15th Aug.
