自从新加坡政府颁布电动滑板车的新政，为了帮助本地送餐员渡过难关，政府拨款700万新币来帮助送餐员用其他可行交通工具代替电动滑板车，上限为1000新币。
Due to the new policy regarding e-scooters, in order to assist food delivery riders through this transition, the Singapore government has set up a $7 million grant so that the riders can trade in their e-scooters for up to $1000 each to fund their switch to other modes of transportations.

今日（11月20日），美国赴欧盟外交官Gordon Soundland做出证词，称他在特朗普的指示下对乌克兰总统施加压力，以调查特朗普总统的竞选对手来换取“安排一次白宫会面”。
Today (20th Nov), US diplomat to European Union, Mr. Gordon Soundland said that he pushed Ukranian President to investigate President Trump’s political rival in exchange for ‘arranging a White House visit’ under Mr. Trump’s orders.

弹劾案问询仍在进行，上述证词明显对特朗普总统不利。
The above remark is clearly against President Trump as the impeachment inquiry continues.

本月初，新加坡政府针对驾驶电动滑板车发布了一项禁令，这大大影响到很多使用该工具的送餐员的工作。
Earlier this month, a ban regarding the use of e-scooters was published by the Singapore government, which will greatly affect a lot of food delivery men who are using e-scooters in the course of their work.

1. 一些港民自发走上街头清理路障，与黑衣示威者发生少许冲突，但无人受伤。
Some Hong Kong citizens took the initiative to clear roadblocks. There were some minor confrontations with the protestors but luckily no one was hurt.

2. 有约80名解放军驻港军人下午帮忙清理路障。
About 80 soldiers from the People’s Liberation Army helped citizens with the roadblocks.

昨日（14日）晚，香港律政司司长郑若骅在伦敦出席活动时被一群香港示威者围堵，在推搡中郑女士跌倒，疑似手臂受伤。
14th evening, Hong Kong Justice Secretary Teresa Cheng was surrounded and jostled by a group of Hong Kong protestors when attending an event in London, during the process she fell down, suspected that her arm was injured.

因曾支持修订现已被撤回的逃犯条例，郑女士在香港示威者的角度来看支持率不高。
Ms. Cheng does not have much support among Hong Kong protestors due to her support for the now-withdrawn extradition bill.

1. 11月11日枪击事件中的警长私人信息被暴露，其女儿就读学校做出紧急停课的应对方法；中枪青年事件发生后紧急送医，目前仍未完全脱离危险。
After the shooting incident which happened on 11th Nov, the personal information of the police officer involved is released online. Out of safety concerns, his daughters’ primary school announced an emergent temporary closure. The protestor who have been shot was sent to hospital after the incident and have not left ICU yet.

今日（11月12日），一起发生于2016年10月15日至22日期间骇人听闻的惨案开庭。受害者，一名年仅5岁的男童在一周内连续被恶毒父母用热水泼至起水泡并化脓感染，最终这个无辜的小生命被活活烫死。
The trial begins today (12th Nov) for the gruesome murder which occurred from 15th to 22nd Oct 2016. The victim, who was merely 5 years old at the time, was continually subjected to scalding by hot water until blistering and infection by his evil parents, which finally lead to his death.

Leading e-commerce companies such as Taobao, TMall, JD all started a wave of discounts since the start of November, which peak on the Single’s Day.

本月4日，国会宣布隔日起禁止在人行道上使用电动滑板车，用户们只可以在自行车道和公园共用道上骑行。
4th of this month, the Congress has announced a ban on Personal Mobility Devices (PMD) from being used on pedestrian walkways. Therefore, in the future, riders can only use PMDs on bicycle lanes and shared paths in parks.

一部分人会欣赏这个举措带来的安全性，但有一些人对这个禁令产生不满，其中包括本地约7000名送餐员。
As some people may appreciate the safety brought by this new law, some have shown their dissatisfaction, amongst which there are about 7,000 food delivery men in Singapore.

中国商务部发言人表示，中美双方达成共识，在达成贸易协议的同时将会逐步取消额外增加的关税。
China and the US have reached an agreement on tariff roll-back in phases as both parties work towards a deal, a Ministry of Commerce spokesman said.

中美双方目前在商定一个双方领导人的会面场所，来签订预计在十一月内达成的第一阶段合约。
Both parties are now in discussion over a meeting venue for leaders from both countries to close a phase-one deal which is expected to be signed in November.
