据越南人权组织“人权空间”透漏，一名越南26岁女孩在死前给母亲发简讯，称自己的“到国外的路程”好像失败了，自己已“不能呼吸”，随后该女孩与家人失联。
According to ‘Human Rights Space’, a Vietnamese human right group, a 26-year-old Vietnamese girl may send text messages to her mother before her deaths. In the message, she claimed that her attempt to go abroad may have failed and she ‘cannot breath’, soon before she lost connection with her family.

30岁的俄罗斯女特工Maria Butina在本周五（25日）从美国佛罗里达的一所监狱中被释放，并于今天遣返回莫斯科。
30-year-old Russian agent Maria Butina was released from a prison in Florida State on Friday the 25th and deported back to Moscow today.

早在2018年7月，她被美国联邦调查局逮捕并被指控为非法的“俄国特工”。她在去年12月认罪，供认作为特工渗入美国政治团体，并被判18个月监禁。
Earlier in Jul 2018, she was arrested by the FBI and charged as a foreign agent ‘without prior notification’. She admitted to acting as an agent and infiltrating US political groups in December and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.

新加坡本地第三季劳动市场预估报告显示，9月份经季度调整后的总失业率从前个季度的2.2％微升至2.3％，达到2009年12月的水平。
Singapore's third-quarter labor market estimates show that the quarterly adjusted total unemployment rate in September rose slightly from 2.2% in the previous quarter to 2.3%, reaching the level of December 2009.

Private home prices have risen for two consecutive quarters, with a 1.3% increase in the third quarter. However, the increase in the third quarter was lower than the 1.5% in the second quarter.
