高端黑 (gao duan hei)

This is not an actual chinese phrase but is instead an internet slang.
It refers to SARCASM. Yes, it is the Mandarin Chinese equivalent of sarcasm.
To explain it, it is referred to when someone uses a humorous and witty way to reply which may appear to be positive but is actually to make fun of, and ridicule.

An example of how you can use it:
"看完这部电影,其实给五分是高端黑。可以说黑的漂亮!"
(kan wan zhe bu dian ying, qi shi gei wu fen shi gao duan hei. ke yi shuo hei de piao liang)

This is a commonly used idiom in Chinese Mandarin. It is used to refer to people who blatantly lie.

颠倒 means reversal
黑 means black
白 means white
Therefore, the literally meaning is that one talks about something black as if it is white; talks about something that is white as if it is black.
In a way, it is similar to the phrase: Twisting the truth.

An example would be:
"他们颠倒黑白,真是可恶!“ (ta men dian dao hei bai, zhen shi ke wu)
Which means "They are twisting the truth, how hateful!"

The word “打call" comes from Japan, which originated from the concert Live Support Culture.

It was originally a dance or aspiration exercise performed by idol supporters, including jumping, clapping, waving arms and shouting slogans.

Fans expressed their support for the idols on the stage by regularly shouting, waving the light sticks etc. The existence of “打call" makes idols and their supporters together and creates a warm atmosphere.

尬聊 (ga liao) refers to having an awkward conversation!

By breaking down the word individually:
尬 comes from the word 尴尬 (gang ga) which means awkward.
聊 refers to a conversation or a talk.

财 refers to wealth.
It is commonly used together with other words such as

福(fu)means good fortune, blessing, happiness.
So 福(fu)is associated with Chinese New Year and Chinese people always hang the printing of 福(fu)at the entrance of homes.

An interesting thing about the word 福 is that there is衣 一 口 田 in character 福(fu). 衣 means clothes, 一 口 means one, 田 means fields, that means there is sufficient food and clothes which is happiness. We all desire happiness, such as good health, longevity, prospering business.

Hence 福(fu)means that I wish you the best of luck and ever_increasing happiness as the years go by.

矫情 (jiao qing) is used to describe someone who intentionally does stuff to obtain the pity or empathy from another individual.

娇气 (jiao qi) is used to describe someone who is fragile (in a derogatory manner); someone who is unable to tolerate any suffering or pain. This is also commonly used to refer to people who has the 'princess' attitude whereby everything is their life has been done for them and thus are unable or unwilling to fend for themselves.

聪明 (cong ming) means smart or clever or wise.

So it can be used to compliment someone like:

"你好聪明!“ (ni hao cong ming)

What does 被圈粉 (bei quan fen) mean?

圈粉 refers to someone using various methods to expand one's social network following such as on Youtube, Instagram or Weibo. Afterall, in this day and age, the more fans or followers that one has on their social media, the more influence or power they have. It is now recognised as a form of capital.

Therefore, 被圈粉 is then used when you like someone, and use all the ways and means to support that person -- similar to how a fan supports their idols.
