实体经济 (shi ti jing ji) refers to the (real) economy: It includes economic activities such as the production and circulation of material and spiritual products and services.

Therefore, you will find that the 2 phrases goes hand in hand.

实体经济 (shi ti jing ji) is actually not a professional term, instead it is used in daily conversations. It is a simplified way of describing the complex economy. Simply being that as long as an organisation is registered and does dealings with production services, then it can be said to be one that participates in 实体经济!
The traditional understanding of this phrase is that the 实体经济 refers to those corporations or industries that are related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. In China, this would typically refer to the machinery industry.
It mainly consists of 3 main characteristics:
1. Provide basic living informational technology.
2. The function of improving people's living standards.
3. The function of enhancing the overall quality of people.

In the narrow definition: 融资 (rong zi) refers to financing, which is the behavior and process of a company's fund raising. This has to do with the forecasting and decision-making process, in a particular way, such as from a certain channel to the company's investors and creditors to raise funds, organize the supply of funds to ensure the company's normal production needs. In a way, it has to do with business management activities as it necessitates the need for financial management behavior.

In the broader sense: 融资 (rong zi) can just refer to finance as a whole. It can mean to refer to the parties that raise or lend funds to the financial market through various means. This can mean to be regarding the means of currency transactions used to pay for purchases that exceed cash, or the monetary means used to raise funds for asset acquisition.
