新加坡今日（7月10号）新增社区传播病例数终于归零(guī líng - v. Return to zero)，时隔67天再次看到年底旅行的曙光(shǔ guāng - n. Dawn)。

然而，邻居们频频出状况。这次疫情告急(gào jí - in a hurry, in an emergency)的是仅2小时机程的印度尼西亚。

印度尼西亚本周六10号单日新增35094起新冠病毒感染病例，和826起死亡病例。

新加坡不仅即刻收紧(shōu jǐn - v. To tighten)非新加坡公民或永久居民的旅客从印尼的入境许可(rù jìng xǔ kě - n. Entry permit)批准，也将从13号0时起禁止(jīn zhǐ - v. To forbid)过去21天去过印度尼西亚的旅客在新加坡转机。

东南亚人口最多的印度尼西亚将从本周六（7月3日）开始增大限制强度，以应对因更具传播力的德尔塔新冠变种病毒引起的第二波疫情。

本地6月22日新增18起新冠病例，将红山景小贩中心的感染群扩大到78人。
There are 18 new Covid-19 cases on June 22, some of which take the Bukit Merah hawker centre cluster to 78 cases.

政府正在对红山一带的7个组屋区的居民们进行强制检测。该感染群病例数仍可能增加，早日排查正是谨慎的做法。
As the government conducting mandatary testing on residents of 7 nearby HDB estates along the Bukit Merah region, the cluster might still expand. Pre-testing is the cautious thing to do.

同时，今天的新增病例中包含3起无关联病例，或将引出更多感染群。
In the meantime, 3 non-related cases are included into the locally transmitted cases today, which might lead to more clusters.

在不超过场馆容量的50％的前提下，将于7月23日开始举办的东京奥运会以及残奥会把进入每个场馆的观众人数上限定为10000人，东京奥运会组委会6月21日宣布。
Tokyo Olympic organizers said 21 June that they will allow up to 10,000 spectators to enter each venue or the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics Game Which will commence on 23 July , under the premise that the number does not exceed 50 percent of its capacity.

新加坡红山景熟食中心感染群今日再添9起新冠病毒感染病例，总数达25起。
There are 9 more new cases of Covid-19 infection from Bukit Merah View Market and Food Centre cluster, putting the total number to 25 cases.

该熟食中心的关闭期限也将延长至6月26日。
The closure of the food centre will be extended to 26 June.

据卫生部表示，这样的决策是为了对那里进行彻底清洁，并阻断病毒传播。
According to the Ministry of Health, this measure is to perform thorough cleaning at the place and to break the chain of transmission.

从下周三6月16日开始，新冠“自测包（zì cè bāo - self test kit)”将对大众开始售卖啦！

这个自测包的全名为新冠病毒抗原快捷检测包（COVID-19 antigen rapid test (ART) kits）。共有四家公司生产的自测包得到了新加坡卫生科学局（Health Sciences Authority）的临时批准(línshí pīzhǔn - interim authorization)，它们分别是：
- Abbott PanBio COVID-19 Antigen Self-test
- QuickVue At-Home OTC COVID-19 Test
- SD Biosensor SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Self-Test Nasal
- SD Biosensor Standard Q COVID-19 Ag Home Test

这些自测包价格亲民(jiàgé qīnmín - price is affordable)，每份大约在10到13新币之间，并将在位于全岛的Watsons, Guardian和Unity店面开始出售，不过之外有医药部(yīyào bù - pharmacy)的店面才可以买到。
