你的良心不会痛吗?
Nǐ de liángxīn bù huì tòng ma?
This translates to "Does your conscience not hurt?"
This is actually a Chinese meme where it is sent as a reply sarcastically -- especially when your friends insults you in a joking manner.
The story goes that this originated from DuFu (a famous poet in the Tang Dynasty) who had written many poems to LiBai (another popular poet in Tang Dynasty). However, LiBai was ungrateful and ignored all his works, and wrote a poem to another man. So many people blamed LiBai for his cruelty. Now it is used to blame others when they do something bad and affects you.
This is commonly accompanied by one of the puppets from the Japanese "鹦鹉兄弟" (Parrot Brothers) show.
