新加坡卫生部本周五（3月13日）称，新加坡新确认13例新冠病毒感染，包括9例外来病例。新加坡本地总确诊病例数已达200.
There are 13 new confirmed cases in Singapore with 9 imported cases, said the Ministry of Health on Friday (Mar 13). The total number of confirmed cases has reached 200.
新加坡防疫措施也进一步升级。政府宣布：
The government rolls out more precautionary measures against the Coronavirus:
·从3月15日晚上11点59分起，过去14天前往过意大利、法国、西班牙和德国的新旅客将不准入境新加坡；而新加坡人、永久居民和长期准证持有者将收到并需遵循14天的居家隔离令。
* From 11.59pm on Sunday (March 15), all new visitors who had been to Italy, France, Spain and Germany within the last 14 days will not be allowed entry or transit. Singaporeans, permanent residents and long-term pass holders who had been to Italy, France, Spain and Germany within the last 14 days will be issued a stay-home notice (SHN).
·即日起，新加坡将禁止所有游轮在本地停靠。
* With immediate effect, Singapore will cease port calls for all cruise vessels.
·所有参加人数超过250、对外售票的文化、体育和娱乐活动都必须延迟举行或取消；而已经确认举行的上述活动，主办方需确保有足够的预防措施。
* All ticketed cultural, sports and entertainment events, with 250 participants or more, must be deferred or cancelled. For events that have already been committed to, organisers must demonstrate that satisfactory precautionary measures have been put in place before they can proceed.
·大型集会的主办方应减少人群密集度并增强室内空气流通。
* For gatherings, organisers should reduce crowding and improve ventilation.
·公司雇主应减少工作场合的近距离接触，例如实行远程办公、视频会议、错开办公时间、允许员工在非繁忙时间通勤等措施。
* Employers should put in place measures to reduce close contact, such as implementing tele-commuting and video-conferencing, staggering work hours and allowing staff to commute at off-peak hours.
·在公共场所，也应减少人们的近距离接触，比如说餐饮场合的座位之间应有最少1米间隙，像赌场、电影院、主题公园、博物馆、画廊等娱乐场所和景点可以限制入场的参观者人数并保证人群间隙。
* At public venues, measures to reduce close contact could include seats set at least a metre apart at dining venues, while entertainment venues and tourist attractions such as casinos, cinemas, theme parks, museums and galleries could limit the number of visitors at any one time and increase spacing among visitors.
