台风海贝斯于星期六（10月12日）袭击了日本中东地区。它被称为数十年内最强的台风，造成了严重水灾并导致了13万余家庭停水，2万余停电。
Typhoon Hagibis hit the central and eastern region of Japon on 12th Oct. As described as the worst to hit Japan in decades, it caused serious floods, which leads to water breakdown in over 130,000 households and electricity breakdown in over 20,000.
于今天（10月15日），死亡人数预计上升至58。其中35人确认死亡，剩余失踪人士随着时间推迟，生机渺茫。
The death toll rises to 58 this morning (15th Oct). Among which 35 are confirmed deaths, the chances of survival for the rest also decreases as time passes.
目前有211人受伤就医。
