中美的贸易战以及磋商协议的走向都很扑朔迷离。原定在9月进行第13轮中美经贸高级别磋商，但由于双方再次互相加税而出现变故，股市、金融等方面都出现大幅波动。
The future of the China-US Trade War and the negotiations are very unpredictable. The 13th round of trade negotiation was originally scheduled to take place in September. However, both parties tried to impose extra tariff and the negotiation was rescheduled, as a result, the stock market, finance sector and etc. all responded negatively.
5日上午，中美双方宣布第13轮磋商将会10月初在华盛顿举行。在此之前美方会分两次增加关税，中方尚未做出实质反击，这次磋商不知会不会顺利进行。
In the morning of 5th Sep, the two countries announced that the 13ths round of negotiation till take place in Washington in early October. From now till then, the US is scheduled to impose two additional tariffs and China has not performed and counter-measures. Hopefully, the negotiation will resume smoothly.
