2nd Aug, Friday, a new motion is approved by the Japanese cabinet, which will lead to removing South Korea from Japan’s ‘white list’.
这个白色清单，包括了一系列可以享受优化出口政策的国家。韩国是首个被移除的国家。
The white list includes a series of countries which can enjoy a favorable export policy. South Korea is the first-ever country to be removed.
日本出口商再想把货物出口到韩国时，需要申请许可证并通过相应审查。因此，韩国部分商品，包括世界领先的三星手机，可能会面临价格上涨及销量受影响的结果。
In the future, Japanese exporters will need to apply for clearance and passed corresponding inspections to export to South Korea. As a result, some commodities in South Korea, including the world-famous Samsung smartphones, may face a rise in price and an influence on sales.
韩国总统文在寅随后发表声明，谴责日本这个决策的“自私”并威胁会采用反击手段，极可能也会把日本移出韩国的“白色清单”。
Shortly after, South Korean President Moon Jae-in issued a statement, condemning Tokyo’s ‘selfish’ act and threatened retaliation measures, which possibly include removing Japan from South Korea’s ‘white list’.
