美国已经在3天前（5月10日）开始，把从中国进口的2000亿美元商品的关税从10%上调到25%。对于一直观望中美贸易协商的我们来说，美国这一举措真的是突如其来。
3 days ago (10th May), the US has already raised the tariffs from 10% to 25% on $200 billion worth of goods imported from China. As bystanders who have been following the trade negotiations, this move really came out of nowhere.
而在今天之前，中方的反应一直是平淡无奇的。中方发言人多次宣称中美贸易协商“并没有破裂”，即使这和美方的声明和举措相矛盾。
Up till today, China has not made any active reactions. Its spokesperson stressed that the trade negotiations ‘did not break off’, which contradicts to what the US has been saying and doing.
而就在刚才，中国放大招了！
But just now, China made a big move!
13日傍晚，中国国务院关税税则委员会宣布，从2019年6月1日起，中国将对部分从美国进口的商品加征关税。尽管公告中并没有声明受影响商品的总价值，不过在公告中，我们可以看到：
On the evening of the 13th, Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council of China announced that China will raise tariffs on US products from 1st June 2019. Although the total value of affected products is not specified in the announcement, we can see that:
- 对附件1所列2493个税目商品，实施加征25%的关税
Raise the tariffs to 25% on 2493 products listed in Appendix 1.
- 对附件2所列1078个税目商品，实施加征20%的关税
Raise the tariffs to 20% on 1078 products listed in Appendix 2.
- 对附件3所列974个税目商品，实施加征10%的关税
Raise the tariffs to 10% on 974 products listed in Appendix 3.
- 对附件4所列595个税目商品，实施加征5%的关税
Raise the tariffs to 5% on 595 products listed in Appendix 4.
很明显，中国的这一举措是对美国加征关税的反击。美国还会有后招吗？
Clearly, China is retaliating against the US. Will the US have any more moves to come?
