来都来了
Lái dōu láile
This translates to: Since we are already here, we might as well stay (or to do something).
This is a very interesting mindset as part of Chinese Culture.
For example: You and your friend are sight-seeing an island. You have spent three hours on a boat just to get there. It’s getting dark and the weather does not seem pleasant, so your friend would like to go back to the hotel immediately. But you would like to persuade your friend to try climbing it, then you could say 来都来了.
