According to real estate data released by the Urban Renewal Authority on Friday morning, the local overall private housing price index increased by 0.9% in the third quarter of this year.
私宅价格已连续两个季度上扬，第三季环比增加1.3％。不过，第三季的增幅低于第二季的1.5％。
Private home prices have risen for two consecutive quarters, with a 1.3% increase in the third quarter. However, the increase in the third quarter was lower than the 1.5% in the second quarter.
