日本首相安倍晋三本周五(8月28日)举行新闻发布会,表示由于自身健康状况,难以继续履行首相职务,将[辞去首相职位(ci2qu4 shou3xiang4 zhi2wei4 – to resign from the position of Prime Minsiter)]。
安倍打破了历代首相在位时长的记录,成为了连续在任天数最长的日本首相。
Abe broke the record of the number of days to stay in office of the previous Prime Ministers and became the longest-serving Japanese Prime Minister.
但是,他的健康状况一直都备受日本民众关注。他在2006年就首次担任日本第90任首相,但次年就因健康问题辞职。随后在2012年他所在的自民党在众议院选举中赢得政权,安倍再次出任首相,并于2014、2017年[连任(lian2ren4 – v. to be re-elected, to continue stay in office)]。
However, his health issue has consistently been in the spotlight in Japan. He was appointed as the 90th Prime Minister of Japan in 2006, but he resigned next year due to health issues. Then, his party, the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) won back the parliament in the 2012 General Election and Abe became Prime Minister for the second time and was re-elected in 2014 and 2017.
