她所寻找的另一半需要是新加坡华人或永久居民，年龄40至53岁之间，身高1.75米以上。另一半还应至少大学学历，至少有车有公寓，收入至少万元。
The partner she is looking for need to be a Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident between the age of 40 to 53 and at least 1.75m tall. He should also have at least a university degree, a car and an apartment, and $10,000 salary.
在广告中，该女子表明自己44岁。她自称五官端正，身高1.67米，体重55公斤。她有新加坡永久居民身份，经济独立，是本地大学毕业生。
In the advertisement, this lady indicates that she herself is 44 years old. She claimed to be not bad-looking, 1.67 m tall and weighs 55 kg. She is a Singapore PR who graduated from a local university and is financially independent.

Her phone number is printed in a big font in the advertisement. Men who meet the requirements and call and talk in person, but those who are not sincere should not disturb.
