过去几天，韩国境内新冠病毒爆发式传播。在18日，才仅仅有31例病例；23日，韩国境内累积确诊病例已暴增到了602例，足足翻了20倍！
Over the past few days, South Korea has seen an explosive rate of increase of various infections. There were only 31 cases on Feb 18, which turned to 602 cases on Feb 23. That is an increase of 20 times!
韩国全境都出现了确诊病例。
There are confirmed infections in all cities in South Korea.
韩国当局也连忙颁布新政补救，不仅星期日（2月23日）宣布疫情已进入严重局面，更是劝告全民暂停宗教活动等大型人群密集的活动。
South Korean government hastened to implement new measures. Not only did they raised the country’s alert level to the highest on Sunday (Feb 23), they are also urging citizens to pause gatherings and religious events where there is a high human density.
但是目前成效甚微。首尔市虽然已经全部要暂停市内所有集会活动，违者将会罚款300万韩元，但是昨天在首尔光化门还是出现了反韩国总统的大型集会。参会者不仅有些没有佩戴口罩，还拒绝市长和警方的劝告，甚至朝他们投掷手中的物件。
So far the new measures have seen little effects. Although Seoul is suspending all gatherings and imposing a fine of ₩3 million, there was a large protest against President Moon Jae-in at Gwanghuamun yesterday. Not only did some of the protestors not wear masks, they also refused to listen to the mayor and the police, even throwing some things at them.
然后昨天，一个韩国航班被以色列政府拒绝入境，其中200多名非以色列籍乘客（韩国人居多）立刻被遣返，12名以色列乘客被送回家隔离14天。
Then yesterday, a South Korean flight was denied entrance by Israel. More than 200 non-Israeli passengers (Mostly South Korean) were sent back and 12 Israeli passengers were sent home for a 14-day quarantine.
