The Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed on Monday (Apr 20) 1426 new Covid-19 cases. Most of them still come from foreign workers living in dormitories.
除了他们，新增的18个病例是新加坡公民或者永久居民，32个病例是住在宿舍外的工作准证持有者。
Apart from them, there are 18 cases who are Singaporeans and permanent residents and 32 cases who are work permit holders who did not stay in dormitories.

The total number of cases now stands at 8,014.

In a Facebook post, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong expressed that ‘there are a few early signs that the circuit breaker is bringing cases down’.
