The total number of COVID-19 cases in Singapore reached 1000 on Wednesday (Apr 1) after 74 new cases are confirmed by the Ministry of Health (MOH).
近两天本地人传人病例超过境外输入病例数。目前有大约150个病例的源头尚未被确认。
There have been more locally-transmitted cases than imported cases for two days. The sources of about 150 cases are still not identified.
10起新病例可联系到一个新的感染群——李亚妹安老院，其第一个病例在3月31日发现。目前该院的所有员工都收到隔离指令，新加坡卫生部和新加坡护联中心正在合作对该院的全部居民进行检测。
10 of the new cases are linked to a new cluster at the Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home. The first cases here was discovered on March 31 and now all staff are on quarantine order while the MOH and the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) are working together to test all the residents at the Home.
所有的疗养院将会拒绝访客至4月，以加强预防。家人可通过电话或视频通话等措施联系居民。
As a further precaution, all nursing homes will be closed to visitors till April. Alternative measures such as telephone or video calls will be provided to caregivers.
