Italy – the outbreak continues worsening. Italy reports 368 deaths on Sunday, exceeding the highest single-day number in China on Feb 13, which is 254, according to the World Health Organization.
（西班牙）目前确诊病例数逼近8000例，死亡人数达288。西班牙政府已宣布关闭所有学校、餐厅以及酒吧。
Spain – The number of confirmed cases is closing on 8000, while the number of deaths reaches 288. Spain authorities has ordered closing of all schools, restaurants and bars.
（法国）法国交通部长宣布开始减少城市之间的航班、火车和巴士班次，同时法国政府宣布从午夜开始关闭所有非必要商户。
France – The minister of transportation in France said the country would begin reducing plane, train and bus services between cities, while French authorities also announced the closing of all ‘non-dispensable’ business as of midnight.
